The Legend of Kyrandia: Hand of Fate is the second installment in the Legend of Kyrandia point and click adventure game series developed by Westwood Studios. It was released in 1993 as a sequel to The Legend of Kyrandia. The game's story revolves around Zanthia, a young alchemist who resides in the land of Kyrandia. The villainous jester, Malcolm, returns with a new evil plan. He has stolen the powerful artifact known as the Hand of Fate, a magical artifact that controls destiny. By taking control of the Hand of Fate, Malcolm disrupts the balance of fate in Kyrandia, causing chaos and endangering the entire land.
Hand of Fate is silly good fun and FUNNY. Definitely the best of the Kyrandia trilogy. the main character is entertaining and the voicework is extremely well done. The game itself is basically a point and click puzzle game, but the puzzles are mostly not super difficult. I was able to play the whole way through without ever consulting guides.
