Quest for Glory II: Trial by Fire is the second installment in Sierra On-Line's Quest for Glory series, blending classic adventure gameplay with RPG elements in a world inspired by Middle Eastern folklore. Released in 1990 for Amiga and DOS, it was developed by Lori and Corey Cole.
At the start of the game, players must choose a class from one of the three available: Fighter, Wizard, or Thief. Each class offers distinct gameplay mechanics, puzzles, and character-specific quests, giving players multiple ways to approach challenges.

Retro gamer collector's corner:

QFG II is the only game in the series to not have originated or have been remade beyond the EGA graphics engine by Sierra On-Line. However, AGD Interactive released a VGA remake of the game using the Adventure Game Studio engine on August 24, 2008.
