Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams

Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams is an enhanced version of the original Silent Hill 2, released in 2001 for the Xbox. It later appeared on PC and PlayStation 2 under titles like Director’s Cut or Greatest Hits, depending on the region. In the main game, James Sunderland receives a letter from his dead wife, Mary, beckoning him to Silent Hill. There, he meets Maria, a woman who looks and sounds just like Mary, but with a more provocative personality.

Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams review

Computer Active (2003): "Events vary according to how you fair in the game and which decisions you make. This also means you can play the game more than once. If you're new to the game then you might find it a little slow and the interface a little tricky to get used to. However, the overall graphics and supporting movie and environments are beautifully designed and keep the atmosphere tense. If you like non-stop quick-fire action this isn't for you. but it will definitely attract a large cult following."
