I have used Dbase III for my summer job long time ago and it was easy to use because there was "Basic" style programming language with it and when there was many persons in office who do not want waste time to learn the application usage then my job was make the usage even more easy. It was possible made macros which only ask some values which was needed and then print result to screen. For e.g. how many persons have used some service and is there some one who has not paid the service.
